Pit stops: To get your crew to practice pitstops, I usually don't test this, nut after a race with a lot of oof-ups in the pit, i do this one time per test

Car improvements: If you got new technology (mad inhouse or acquired) yuo eed to test this new tech, otherwise it won't give you the advantage it should give and also the car will break down a lott if you don't do this

Car performance: To test the performance of your car, this is really important, if you don't do it, you will never get better and also the car will break down a lott if you don't do this

Driver skill: You can improve your quicknes of your drivers here

Full race distance: You can improve yoour stamina of your drivers here

Но всё это вилами по воде писано, я гонял 10 сезонов без тестов (тестил только зелёных гонщиков, чтобы сделать быстрее) и выиграл 5 чемпионатов.
