Если ты не хош доказывать, зачем доказывать мне (ревампед 10,15,БР)? Здесь нужны технические детали для подтверждения, я их не видел.

Насчёт треков я в итоге оказался прав, даже ты признал, что БР сакс.

Yes that's right, if you use random weather (i.e. tick the "realistic weather" box in the game), the wind has no effects whatsoever; even though it might say 10 or 20 mph, you drive without any wind.
If you use fixed weather with some wind, on the other hand, there's certainly gonna be a difference, one corner of the track will be looser (and faster) and the opposite corner will be tighter (and slower) than usual.
