The fact that it's actually a coloring and puzzle book for kids leads me to believe why it is that the season thus far has been something of a comical one.
Ladies and gentlemen I give you the NASCAR rule book. For so long denied public viewing. It'll soon be entombed once again within NASCAR's headquarters where Messrs. Helton and France can finish off joining the dots and coloring in the pretty faces.
